1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Zenta.dev services ("we", "us", or "company"), you ("client", "you", or "user") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. About Our Services

Zenta.dev provides software development services including but not limited to:

Support Services

  • Technology consulting
  • Application maintenance
  • Software architecture design

3. Service Usage Terms

3.1 Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old or have legal authority to bind an organization
  • You must provide accurate and complete information
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account information

3.2 Permitted Use

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms.

3.3 Prohibited Use

You are NOT permitted to:

  • Use services for illegal purposes or to harm others
  • Interfere with or damage our system security
  • Violate third-party intellectual property rights
  • Distribute malware, viruses, or harmful code
  • Reverse engineer our services

4. Work Process and Obligations

4.2 Client Obligations

  • Provide clear brief and requirements
  • Provide necessary access and data in a timely manner
  • Provide constructive feedback within agreed timeline
  • Make payments according to predetermined schedule
  • Test and review deliverables within reasonable time

4.3 Zenta.dev Obligations

  • Develop software according to agreed specifications
  • Provide regular progress updates
  • Maintain confidentiality of client data and information
  • Provide adequate technical documentation
  • Provide support according to agreement

5. Payment and Refund

5.1 Payment

  • Payments are made according to the schedule agreed in the contract
  • Accepted payment methods will be mentioned in the proposal
  • Payment delays may result in project postponement or termination

5.2 Refund Policy

  • Refunds are provided according to the terms stated in the specific contract
  • Completed work cannot be fully refunded
  • Payment disputes must be submitted within a maximum of 30 days

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Code Ownership

  • Source code developed specifically for clients becomes client property after full payment
  • Frameworks, libraries, and general components developed remain Zenta.dev property
  • Usage licenses will be specified in the project contract

6.2 Confidentiality

  • We are committed to maintaining confidentiality of client business and technical information
  • Clients must also maintain confidentiality of our methodology and know-how
  • Separate NDA agreements can be made if necessary

7. Warranty and Limitation of Liability

7.1 Warranty

  • We provide warranty as stated in the project contract
  • Warranty covers bug fixing and minor adjustments within a certain period
  • Warranty does not cover requirement changes or additional features

7.2 Limitation of Liability

  • Our liability is limited to the project contract value
  • We are not responsible for indirect damages or loss of profits
  • Force majeure and factors beyond our control are excluded from liability

8. Cancellation and Termination

8.1 Cancellation by Client

  • Clients can cancel projects with written notice
  • Payment for completed work must still be made
  • Specific cancellation terms will be regulated in the contract

8.2 Termination by Zenta Dev

We may terminate services if:

  • Client violates payment terms
  • Terms of Service violations occur
  • Client is uncooperative or impedes project progress

9. Privacy and Data Protection

  • Personal data usage is governed by a separate Privacy Policy
  • We are committed to protecting client data according to applicable security standards
  • Project data may be stored for maintenance and support purposes

10. Service and Terms Modifications

  • We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services with reasonable notice
  • Changes to Terms of Service will be notified through website or email
  • Ongoing projects continue to follow terms applicable when contract was signed

11. Dispute Resolution

  • Disputes will be resolved through consultation first
  • If no agreement is reached, disputes will be resolved through arbitration
  • Applicable law is the law of the Republic of Indonesia

12. General Terms

12.1 Severability

If any part of these terms is unenforceable, other parts remain fully applicable.

12.2 Entire Agreement

These Terms of Service together with the project contract constitute the complete agreement between parties.

12.3 Assignment

Clients cannot transfer rights and obligations without our written consent.
